I’ve always known stories are how we connect to our world and each other. But when I began my filmmaking journey, I found challenge after challenge where there should have been a pathway.
Looking at the industry through my business and Lean Six Sigma background helped me imagine different ways forward. After making movies and helping hundreds of filmmakers start their journeys, one challenge remained: the money equation was broken.
CineSparq grew from my belief that there had to be a better way to secure production funding for amazing stories yet, it didn't exist.
So we’re building that path so more independent filmmakers can find the money, make their movies, and keep control of the stories they worked so hard to create.

BACKGROUND
Eunice N. Shelley spent 25 years optimizing systems and processes across banking, healthcare, and aerospace before bringing that experience to independent film. She paired her deep expertise in system design and process improvement with her lifelong passion for storytelling to rethink how filmmakers navigate the business of getting movies made.
As a filmmaker and founder of Flip The Script, Eunice helped hundreds of emerging filmmakers begin their journeys, leading and executive producing 10 short films and a documentary while creating opportunities for more than 300 creatives.
Today, she is building CineSparq—a film funding platform designed around how independent filmmakers actually raise money, combining people, process, and technology to create a stronger path from story to secured funding.
Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, systems, and access, with one goal: helping more independent filmmakers find the money to make the movies they believe in.
